For an order containing ‘Make your own’ items, the whole order will be posted 3-5 days after order placed.

‘Make Your Own’ products
We want you to love your custom apparel, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free return policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund. Returns for size issues or change of mind are also accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Simply reach out to our support team, and we'll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return experience.

Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including packaging, if applicable).
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items, such as customized products, clearance items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
